Back after a break....not from art , but blogging!

My later work, the Goddess, who has showered me with her choicest Blessings.I really enjoyed doing this.The challenge was to cramp all the details inot a small frame.I have chosen the model from one that is displayed inside Saraswathi Mahal Library, Thanjavur, opposite to the entrance.That was a bigger one, almost 5 to 6' by may be 3'.Again I had to reduce the gold to suit the needs of the friend for whom I was making it.Just tried the white pearl color from the Fevicryl colors.

       "VELLAI THAMARAIPP POOVIL IRUPPAL,
                   VEENAI SEYYUM OLIYIL IRUPPAL."

The blue shade might have been a little bit subtler, ...an after thought.
